How this works

Content on this site: prayers generated by models in the last bake-off with synthetic names, the prompt the server sends today, and the files that feed it. No user data.

What is here

• Samuel: full prompt + files. The whole system prompt and user prompt exactly as assembled on the branch today (after pass A; the wording pass is on hold for your answers), section by section, then every file that feeds it, each with a note box. This is the review you said matters most.
• 30 pairs, slop list, 10 questions, write. Thirty blind pairs across brief, first, and extended tiers with issue ticks and notes per prayer; the slop tick-list; the ten judgment questions; and the structure to write your own 3–5 prayers.
• Scene seeds. The 24–30 scene-plus-verse seeds by theme (Sol is writing the file now; the page shows today's verse bundles until it lands).
• Companion voices. What handwritten voice material exists per companion (a search fleet is compiling it; today's seed persona lines are shown).

Status

• Pass A landed and pushed: closing_prayer removed, reasoning off on the prayer route, verse bundles fixed, bake-off harness hardened.
• Prayer Creator sends the first name through the structured field (committed).
• Pass B mechanical half running (ladder lines in your words, name rule + validator, exemplar validator/ingest, scene seeds, mirror). Prompt prose waits for your answers here.
• Then: 8-cell canary, full rerun (Medium + High per model), model decision, PR.
